Why we built this
After 20+ years in Tri-Cities real estate, one complaint comes up more than any other: agents earn huge checks for work the consumer can't see. Most of the time, the agent is actually earning it — but nobody explains what they're doing, and the relationship starts with suspicion instead of trust.
We built LIA to fix that. Every tool an agent uses — pricing analysis, contracts, timelines, compliance, vendor coordination — is in the product, transparently, for you to use yourself. AI walks you through it. At any point, you can say "I want a human" and we match you to a local agent whose style fits yours. If you do, we credit back every fee you've paid. No risk, no resentment, no mystery.

Who runs it
LIA is led by Wes Shields, a licensed Tennessee broker with two decades in the Tri-Cities market. Wes started what became one of the largest eXp offices in the region before leaving to build this. If you hire us full-service today, Wes is on the other end of the introduction.
